In our last startup, we built a no-code platform for the construction industry, but quickly realized technology wasn’t the hardest part. The real challenge was preserving context translating what customers said they wanted into what they actually needed.

We saw the same problem at scale in large companies, where critical business intent gets scattered across meetings, documents, and delivery teams.

And now, with AI accelerating how fast software gets built, the risk is even bigger: teams can move faster, but in the wrong direction.

That’s why we built Cloobot X: to help teams capture discovery conversations, preserve context, and turn them into clear, traceable requirements so the final build stays aligned with the original business intent.

Shankar Ramanathan

An AI Transformation & Innovation Leader with over 25 years of expertise. Shankar served as Global Head of Gen AI & ML Solutions at Capgemini and spent 12 years at Experian leading decisioning analytics. An IIT Bombay and ISB alumnus, he specializes in credit risk, fraud systems, and hyperautomation.

Subha Tripathy

A distinguished business leader with over 16 years of experience at SAP and Oracle. He has led regional GTM strategies and customer success for enterprise cloud software across APAC and Japan. A passionate advocate for Agentic and Generative AI, Subha specializes in digital transformation and value realization.

Naren Chawla

A high-impact growth leader with over 25 years of experience scaling global technology firms, Naresh served as VP of Corporate Development at Rakuten, where he spearheaded the $900M acquisition of Viber. A former executive at NRG Energy and JPMorgan Chase, Naren is an expert in M&A, capital raises, and strategic partnerships.

Canice Wu

An innovation leader and MIT-educated technologist specializing in AI and digital transformation. Canice has scaled vertical solutions to $300M+ at Oracle/Siebel & served as RVP at Salesforce, leading Gen AI initiatives. As former President of Plug and Play Tech Center, he grew the accelerator globally and has helped startups raise over $55M.

Latrice Barnett

A serial entrepreneur & strategic leader with over 20 years of experience, Latrice is a former Chief of Staff at Crossbeam & Sr. Director at Salesforce. She has a proven track record in strategy & partner marketing. She is a mentor at Alchemist Accelerator and holds patents in Machine Learning recommendation systems.
